But this one time i was home while both my sisters were, umm somewhere, (yea I'm a sucky babysitter) so i was the only one who would answer it. Instead of letting it go to the machine i decided to pick it up.
And it actually was for me. But it was a telemarketer person. Ugh. But then it turned out that is was this really nice lady who only wanted me to take a survey. They were from GPA something or other organization and not I'm pretty sure i will get a ton more stuff in the mail. It was about colleges.
With the economy in the crapper, all these colleges want to get the scoop into our minds and figure out how to keep kids coming to their colleges. The lady said it would take fifteen minutes. thirty minutes later i hung up the phone, but i had a sense of accomplishment after that. It was kind of weird, like I helped someone. The lady was really nice and wished me well on my search for the right school, so it was worthwhile. I still don't have any ideas about college. I just hope God will lead me to it so that I don't turn into one of those nerdy kids in my class who are freaking out about finding the perfect college and have read the 10,000 page SAT prep book. Thanks to my cool parents i haven't had to take any of the crap SAT prep classes or anything. Its just one test and it's unfair that a college would look at your scores on that as equal to your whole high school GPA. It could ruin your whole life's work in that like 2 hours of taking the SAT.
All I'm saying is, go with the flow, do what you love, and don't stress over pointless tests like the SAT.
Peace.
